   It might seem pretty obvious but can people look where they are going and pay attention to the surroundings about them. These leeches who injure themselves often by not looking what they are doing then want the council to pay out lots of money that belongs to you and me just because they have broke a finger nail. Of course the local no win no fee chaser convinces then that they have a claim, they get 20 or so percent off the top hey presto everyone’s a winner, everyone that is except the council tax payer.
   I would have the whole compensation culture scrapped.
