Taken in 1984, these people were unveiling the welcome sign into Grantham, on Spittlegate Level. It celebrated the twinning of Grantham with the German town Sankt Augustin. From left are ?, Bruce Lee and is wife (Mayor & Mayoress), Dr David Harris, Dorien & Neil Dexter, K Russell Cann (chief exec SKDC), Gladys & John Foster and Ivan Dawson, Sent in by Vaughan Hardy.
