Well done Lionesses – and Lincolnshire played its bit!

Well done the England Women for defeating Germany 2-1 this afternoon.

Brilliant performance and more entertaining by far than the men’s game. The trainers must have felt redundant most of the time with no diving or false tears.

The tackles were real.

And it was an act of genius for Lincolnshire to send a Lancaster bomber over immediately before the match, just to remind anyone who doubted what happens to anyone who threatens an England victory!
