I started a facebook group regarding The White Cross which was put up, overlooking the A1 at Great Gonerby.
A symbol of hope and faith during the Covid pandemic.
Unfortunately some kids smashed it up and set fire to some of it.
Our aim, religious or not is to get donations to build a new metal Cross, painting it White.
We have already made a start on the foundations yesterday, Sunday 3rd.
Perhaps people in the town could possibly get more involved and more donations.
