Annette Ward passed away peacefully on the 13th September 2021 at Lincoln County hospital aged 45 years.

Funeral service to take place at Grantham Crematorium chapel on Friday 15th October 2021 at 14.30 pm, followed by interment in the cemetery Flowers are welcome.
