soundLINCS is seeking an Administration Assistant. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support across the organisation and must be able to deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers.
As Administration Assistant, you will be responsible to the Finance and Operations Manager and carry out day-to-day clerical and administrative duties aimed at ensuring the smooth running of the office. The ideal candidate will have A*-C grades in GCSE Maths and English, as well as previous experience in administration; working in a customer-orientated role; using IT software (Including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel) and be highly motivated, reliable, enthusiastic with a flexible approach to work.
